About Your Order
At Matterly®, all our mats are made to order, meaning that your mat is produced only after you place your order. Matterly® mats are deliberately made to order to minimise waste. We produce them only when you order them, so we don't waste any stock.
Yes, all prices in our webshop include VAT.
We totally understand, changing your mind happens! If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled/modified once it has been submitted.
If the item(s) don’t meet your needs, feel free to exchange them for a different style or return them for a full refund. Just a reminder: domestic return shipping is free of charge!
Our products are made to order. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. Once your item has shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with tracking details.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information and the estimated delivery date. If you have a registered account, you can easily check your order status by going to View Order History under My Account. Click on any order number there to see full details, including the tracking number.

Shipping
We currently offer shipping throughout Europe and the United-Kingdom. You can select your location on our country selector at the checkout.
We only ship to mainland locations and do not deliver to islands, including Corsica (France), Sardinia & Sicily (Italy), or Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera, and El Hierro (Spain).

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your package until it arrives.

If your package hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please check the tracking information for updates. If there are no updates or you suspect it’s lost, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance at mats@matterly.eu.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at mats@matterly.eu. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
- Enjoy free exchanges and returns within 30 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method and are only applicable for purchases made in our webshop.
- Items must be in perfect, unused condition.
- Please ensure all original packaging is included, along with any accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets, or boxes.
- Personalised items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

You can initiate a return by sending us an email, through our online returns process or by using our returns portal (for EU orders only). For more information on how to return your item, please visit our Return and Refund Policy page.
Currently, we only offer returns via drop-off. We are unable to organise or offer collection services for returns at this time. To return your item, please drop it off at any designated drop-off point or courier location. If you need assistance with the return process or would like a prepaid return label, please contact our customer service team at mats@matterly.eu.
No, we provide a prepaid return label at no charge when you use our online returns process.
It can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please note that we can only issue a refund after we have received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless otherwise specified.
While we display prices in various currencies, all transactions are processed in EUR. If your credit card is in a different currency (like GBP or USD), the amount will be converted based on the most recent exchange rate set by your card issuer. This also applies to refunds.
You will always be charged or refunded the same amount in EUR, but the exchange rate may fluctuate, resulting in a slight difference in the final amount.
Warranty
Yes, all Matterly® mats are covered for 3 years by our free 100% satisfaction guarantee, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Please send your order number along with a few photos of the item you received to mats@matterly.eu. Once we have this information, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

No, you can only use one discount code per order.
